Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your appointment up to 6 hours before your appointment’s start time (within our business hours by email or message us on Facebook / Instagram. ).

  • If you wish to cancel: go to your reminder email (that is sent 24 hours in advance), & click the change appointment button. If it’s within the 6 hour time frame it will allow you to rebook or cancel your appointment.

  • If you do not do not show up, come on time for your appointment, or cancel doing the above you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

  • Appointments made using a gift voucher or a booking voucher will be considered redeemed if you are a “no call / no show” to your appointment.

  • If it's your first visit, please ensure you come to your appointment 5-10 minutes early. This will give you time to fill out your health history form without running into your massage session.

DEPOSITS that are paid online WILL INCUR A $5 PROCESSING FEE IF A REFUND IS NEEDED due to your cancelation or booking error.

If you have cancelled and meet the criteria for a refund please email us so we can process your refund if you have paid online & haven’t received it within 5 working days. If you do not email our system will automatically put the deposit payment to your account for future use.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR TIME, IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE USEFUL TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO NEEDS TREATMENT.
